Let’s Get Moving is a low-impact movement program designed to encourage regular activity in a welcoming environment. The focus is on mobility, balance, and staying active at your own pace.
Done Adulting
February 2nd from 6-7 pm
Join us for Done Adulting as we explore a simple but meaningful activity: pulling a card of, about, or for someone you care about. Participants are encouraged to think beyond romantic relationships—this can be for a friend, a family member, or even a cherished pet. No experience needed, just curiosity and an open mind.
